Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications and ability to operate required equipment.
  • Ability to use equipment appropriately to perform tasks.
  • Ability to maintain close communication with other workers.
  • Understand and adhere to all quality, health and safety, and environmental rules and restrictions and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment screening and induction processes, including passing clearance checks, functional assessments, and drug and alcohol tests.
  • Holds a current and valid Construction Induction Safety Card (White Card) or a Nationally Accredited Occupational Health and Safety Card (Blue Card.)
  • Holds a current and valid Australian tickets and accreditation appropriate for the role.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Maintains a strong focus on safety and safe work practices, as well as the ability to identify risk factors on site.
  • Has an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates experience working on maintenance or construction projects (commercial, residential, or industrial sites preferred).
